What we collect

When you place an order. Your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, so we can process your order, send it to you and get in touch if anything is unclear. We keep the order itself in our administration because tax law requires it.

When you create an account. Your name, e-mail address and the addresses you save. You can view and change these yourself under My account, and you can ask us to delete the account.

When you use the wishlist. The products you save. If you are logged in they are stored with your account, and if you are not they stay in a cookie on your own device. Either way they are only used to show you your own list.

When you contact us. Whatever you send us, kept for as long as we need it to answer you.

Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps log files, which include IP addresses. That is part of running and securing a website.

Payments

Payments are handled by Mollie. Your payment details go straight to Mollie and are not stored by us. We only see whether a payment succeeded. Mollie has its own privacy statement.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies to track you. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising script and no social media tracker.

What we do use:

The fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address reaches Google. You can block this in your browser; the site will still work, just in a different typeface.

Who else can see your details

We do not sell your details and we do not share them with others, apart from the parties needed to run the shop: our hosting provider, Mollie for the payments, and the carrier that delivers your parcel. If the law requires us to hand over data, we will.

How long we keep it

Security

The site runs over a secure connection (https) with a professional hosting provider. Access to the back end is protected with personal accounts and the software is kept up to date.

Your rights

You may ask us which details we hold about you, have them corrected, or have them deleted. You may also object to us processing them. Send an e-mail to hello@hame-objects.com and we will reply within four weeks.

If you are not happy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority through autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy. The current version is always the one on this page.
